Mirosław Ptasiński – President of the Board, General Director
He is a manager with almost 20-years’ experience and Executive title, MBA achieved after graduating from studies led by GFKM on Gdańsk University and RSM Erasmus University.
A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice and the Lodz University of Technology, as well as many post-graduate studies, among others: Corporate Finance Management and Real Estate Valuation.
He is a specialist in financial management, production processes, sales teams, controlling, logistics and IT. An expert in the field of strategic management and improvement of business operations stimulating the increase of results and increasing the efficiency and profits of the organization.
He started his professional career at Bank Przemysłowo Handlowy S.A. in 1996 advancing from the position of Clerk to the position of Branch Director. In 2002, he was appointed the Vice President of the Board of Luna Polska Sp. z o.o. In the years 2010-2016 he was the Vice President of the Board of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A. and the President of the Board of ZAKSA S.A. In 2017, he became a Member of the Board at Flex-Trade Sp. z o.o. In the following years he worked as the Marketing and Strategic Clients Director at Alchemia S.A.
He is authorized to perform functions in the Supervisory Boards of companies with the participation of the Treasury, currently he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zakład Lecznictwa Ambulatoryjnego Sp. z o.o. In 2005-2016 he was a member of the Supervisory Boards of such companies as: Agencja Rozwoju Małopolski Zachodnia Zachodnia, Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A. , CTL Chemkol Sp. z o.o., Zakserwis Sp. z o.o., Hotel Ustka Sp. z o.o., Asterzak Sp. z o.o., ZAKSA S.A., Polskie Konsorcjum Chemiczne Sp. z o.o.
He is a member of clubs, associations and economic circles. In the business world, he is known as an extremely balanced manager, acting in accordance with a well-thought-out strategy and being extremely effective.
Privately, he is a father and husband, he plays tennis, preferably double and mixed, he reads relaxing literature, and recently he became passionate about piloting aircraft.
Łukasz Stoch – Vicepresident of the Board for Trade
Manager with several years of experience in the steel industry.
He completed postgraduate studies in Foreign Trade at the University of Economics in Cracow. A graduate of Ukrainian Philology at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, he studied at the Faculty of Philology at the University of Taras Shevchenko in Kiev.
An experienced salesman and effective leader focused on development and achieving best results. From the very beginning of his professional career associated with the steel industry.
In 2007, he started working at KeySteel as Marketing Manager. In the years 2008–2010 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of the 'Bratniak' Jagiellonian University Students and Graduates Foundation. From 2010, he was associated with the Polska Stal S.A. Group as the Import Manager, from 2015 the Foreign Trade Director. In the purchasing group of European Steel Group since 2016. In 2017, he was promoted as Commercial Director and was appointed the Company's Proxy, and in 2019 he became the Vice President of the Management Board for Trade.
