Tomasz Balcerzak – CEO
Manager with many years of experience in the electrical engineering, construction, and railroad industries. He combines knowledge and experience in industrial operations management with trade and market strategy.
He is a graduate of the Mechanical Faculty of the Technical University of Lodz. He completed and defended his master's thesis at ECAM LaSalle School of Engineering in Lyon. He also completed postgraduate MBA studies.
He was a member of management and supervisory boards. He has implemented projects to increase the efficiency of manufacturing and commercial organizations and worked with clients and suppliers from Europe and Asia.
Privately, he finds time for sports, such as kitesurfing and sports shooting, as well as for reading a good book.
Łukasz Sygit – Commercial Director
Manager with 17-years’ experience. He has always been associated with European Steel Group Sp. z o. o., which he has been promoting and developing since the very beginning of its existence.
He has higher education in economics - graduate of the University of Economics in Cracow, where he obtained a master's degree in economics, majoring in finance and banking.
Student of European Management Studies at the University of Economics in Krakow and Business Academy West in Esbjerg, Denmark, majoring in Project, Management, Organization and Logistics.
In the business environment he is known as a professional in his branch.
Excellent knowledge in the field of B2B and many years of experience working in the sales department, excellent skills in business English, experience in negotiation techniques and cooperation with global suppliers are his main advantages. He is challenge oriented, has highly developed analytical skills, able to rational assessment of the situation. His reputation is also associated with results orientation, dynamism in action and ability to successful ESG team management, where he has been an inspiring leader for several years already.
Privately, he is the father of two children, he rides a bike, swims, travels and is truly passionate about motor sports, racing, and fast cars.
